A video and some photos of Steve Jobs have turned up, the former showing him leaving Calafia Cafe near downtown Palo Alto
across the main road El Camino Real from Stanford Stadium. He was leaving the cafe after breakfast with his wife 8-2-11; in the photos released by National Enquirer, he was leaving the Stanford Cancer Clinic in the afternoon, again with his wife chauffering him. In the following, the top and bottom left photos were from the video, and the bottom right from NE - note he was using his Mercedes 55 in the morning but Honda Civid in the afternoon, probably to reduce the chance of being spotted at the Clinic, but wore the same shirt and jeans..
It so happens he was also photographed at Calafia Cafe last year
having coffee with Google CEO Eric Schmit. As a matter of interest, the Cafe is owned by Charlie Ayers, who used to be chef at Google.
------------------------added on 26/2/11: the following turned out to be a hoax - the photo came from an event in 10/10 and the guy is Stan Sigman, who was honored by the Wireless Museum. Someone noticed the similar dress of Steve Jobs to the Obama banquiet and used it, to a convincing effect.
Found another recent photo of Jobs, at the Obama lunch with Silicon Valley tycoons

there was an officially release photo showing him sitting on the left of Obama (the man on the right is Mark Zucherberg) but facing back of his head

however, the collar of his shirt apears to match, plus not wearing glasses; he looks in better shape than a week before

no hoax this time; ipad 2 announcement 2/3/11, Another one taken in Los Angeles 17/3 when he met someone for lunch
but I disagree with the following pictorial comment
that he looks younger than his actual age at that event; I would put him just slightly younger than the care/clinic looks or 3-4 years older than actual
